Programme DeliveryEnterprise Delivery Manager
As Enterprise Delivery Manager at BrezQ, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programmes for global enterprise clients. You own programme delivery from mobilisation through to BAU handover — accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder outcomes.
The RoleWhat you will work on
You will lead one of BrezQ's enterprise flagship programmes — managing a multidisciplinary team across engineering, architecture, testing, and change management. BrezQ delivery managers work closely with client sponsors, BrezQ practice leads, and third-party vendors in complex multi-workstream environments.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be accountable for
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programmes with budgets up to £20M and teams of 30–80 people
Establish and operate programme governance — steering committees, delivery rhythms, RAID management, and change control
Lead client relationship management at programme sponsor and C-suite level
Manage a portfolio of workstreams delivered by BrezQ engineers, client teams, and third-party vendors
Identify, escalate, and resolve programme risks and issues with structured mitigation plans
Produce programme reporting packs, executive status dashboards, and board-level progress briefings
Drive commercial management — baseline control, variation management, and margin performance
RequirementsWhat we expect from you
10+ years of enterprise programme delivery experience with 5+ years managing £5M+ technology programmes
Active PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP qualification
Experience managing mixed delivery models — waterfall, agile, and hybrid — across complex stakeholder landscapes
Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP, cloud migration, or digital transformation programmes
Strong commercial acumen — experience managing programme budgets, tracking actuals vs forecast, and managing change
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working in or alongside a global systems integrator or consulting firm

- SAFe Agilist or Scaled Agile certification
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or public sector regulated environments
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or major cloud platforms as programme subject matter
