As Senior AI & Automation Consultant at BrezQ, you will design and deliver intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients — spanning AI-powered process automation, large language model integration, and enterprise data pipelines. You will work at the intersection of business analysis, data science, and software engineering.
The RoleWhat you will work on
You will be deployed on BrezQ's highest-priority AI and automation delivery programmes — working with enterprise clients who are moving beyond proof-of-concept into production AI deployment. You will work alongside data engineers, software engineers, and domain specialists to deliver solutions that operate at genuine enterprise scale.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be accountable for
Design end-to-end AI and automation solutions for complex enterprise business processes
Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
Architect intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and LLM-assisted process solutions
Integrate AI capabilities — including GenAI, computer vision, and NLP — into enterprise application landscapes
Build and validate machine learning models for classification, prediction, and anomaly detection use cases
Define AI governance frameworks, model risk documentation, and responsible AI controls for regulated clients
Mentor junior consultants and automation engineers within the BrezQ Intelligent Automation practice
RequirementsWhat we expect from you
7+ years of technology consulting experience with 4+ years focused on AI, ML, or intelligent automation
Strong hands-on experience with Python, cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI), and LLM APIs
Demonstrated delivery of production automation solutions using RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate)
Experience with NLP, document intelligence (Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, or similar), and structured data extraction
Client-facing consulting experience — able to lead workshops, produce solution design documentation, and present at senior stakeholder level
Understanding of AI governance requirements in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, or public sector)

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent cloud AI certification
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise use cases
- Published thought leadership or conference presentations on enterprise AI
- Prior experience in financial crime detection, clinical decision support, or supply chain optimisation AI use cases
