Map roles to business workflows

Identify the tasks users must complete in the CRM and the information each role needs. Prioritize journeys such as lead qualification, opportunity updates and service resolution. Confirm ownership of fields and integrations. Avoid measuring adoption only by login counts when the goal is consistent business execution.

Prepare data, training and support

Validate the records and access permissions used in training. Create role-specific examples and give users a safe place to practice. Identify champions who can collect feedback and help explain workflow changes. Publish support channels and distinguish configuration defects from training needs.

Measure behavior and refine the rollout

Choose indicators linked to the intended process: record completeness, timely updates, appropriate handoffs or use of an agreed service workflow. Establish a baseline and explain factors outside the platform that may affect results. Use feedback to simplify unnecessary steps before adding more automation.

Working checklist

Document role journeys; assign data ownership; validate permissions; prepare training examples; define adoption measures; establish support; collect feedback; prioritize improvements. Agree a handover between the implementation team and operational owners. Platform configuration, training and change management work together, but no adoption percentage or revenue improvement can be promised without a measured programme-specific basis.
